What's FLV and What is MP3?

FLV, which stands for Flash Video, is the most popular video compression solution to deliver web video streams. Due to the reasonable video quality and small file size, FLV is widely adopted by many video sharing websites including YouTube, Google Video, Yahoo!, Reuters.com, and many news websites.

MP3 is a lossy audio encoding format for music playback. It is the most popular audio format for consumer audio storage, as well as the standard of digital audio compression for the transfer and playback of music on digital audio players.
